How our specialist care process works: no referral, no waiting list, no runaround.

Everything happens online, from the first question to your repeat prescriptions. Here is exactly what to expect, including the parts that take time.

THE JOURNEY

4 clear stages, from first question to ongoing care

We keep the process simple, but we do not skip the steps that protect you.

    Stage 01

    Check your eligibility, 30 seconds, free

    You answer a few short questions about your condition and what you have already tried. We tell you honestly whether an assessment is likely to be appropriate. It costs nothing and there is no commitment.

    Stage 02

    We request your records, usually a few days

    With your consent we request your medical records. This is the part that takes longest and we would rather be straight with you about it. Your records let the doctor see what you have already been through, so the consultation is about you rather than about paperwork.

    Stage 03

    Your consultation, 30 minutes, by video

    You meet a specialist doctor on the GMC Specialist Register, matched to your condition. You talk about your history, what has and has not worked, and what you are hoping for. Your case is then reviewed by our multidisciplinary team, which is a requirement, not a formality.

    Stage 04

    Ongoing care, included

    If treatment is appropriate, your prescription is dispensed by a UK registered pharmacy and delivered discreetly to your door. Reviews, repeat prescription administration, travel letters and support are all covered by your membership.
