You do not need to manage the transfer alone. We guide you from your first answers to your clinical appointment.

    Tell us who you are with

    Start with the eligibility questions and tell us about your current care. We will explain what we need from you.

    We request your records

    With your consent, we request your discharge summary and medical records from your current clinic and GP.

  3. 03

    Meet your Jorja clinician

    A specialist doctor on the GMC Specialist Register reviews your records and meets with you to discuss whether ongoing care with Jorja is appropriate.

The same simple membership

Your membership is £9.99 per month, or £99 per year. There is no transfer fee, no joining fee and no clinic fees. Medication is charged separately based on your individual prescription.

Your current treatment is not automatically continued. A Jorja clinician must complete an independent assessment and decide what is clinically appropriate. All treatment is subject to clinical assessment and eligibility.
